What applies when you book, pay and stay.
Market Square Apartments, Bushmills, Causeway Coast and Glens, Northern Ireland. Six serviced apartments in the centre of the village, run by Troy and Brooke.
On the book your stay page you choose an apartment and your nights, give us your name, email and mobile number, and pay by card. Nothing is reserved until you pay: the first person to complete payment gets the nights, and nobody else can be charged for them. Your booking is confirmed the moment the payment goes through, and a confirmation email follows straight away.
Payment is taken in full at the time of booking, by card, through Stripe. Prices are shown per night in pounds sterling. The total shown before you pay is the total you pay; there are no fees added afterwards. We may correct a genuine pricing error before your stay, and if we do you can cancel for a full refund.
You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, and you will be refunded in full. Inside 30 days a booking cannot be cancelled and no refund is given.
Separately, for the first 24 hours after you book you may amend or cancel your booking whatever the arrival date, so a mistake made at the moment of booking can always be put right.
There are no partial refunds. A refund is either the full amount or nothing, depending on which of the windows above applies. To cancel, email or call us using the details in section 11; refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within five to ten working days.
Distance contracts normally carry a 14 day cooling off period. Accommodation booked for specific dates is an exception under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, so that 14 day right does not apply to your booking. This does not affect the cancellation terms we offer in section 3, and it does not affect your rights if something goes wrong with your stay.
A promo code is applied on the booking page before you pay and takes a fixed amount off the total. A code is valid for the dates and number of uses shown when it was issued, and cannot be applied to a booking after it has been made or exchanged for cash.
Availability on the booking page is live and shared, through a channel manager, with the other platforms the apartments are listed on. A night sold on Airbnb or Booking.com is blocked here within minutes, and a night you book here is blocked there. We take reasonable care to keep that accurate, but in the rare event a booking cannot be honoured we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.
The design, photography and words on this site belong to Market Square Apartments or are used with permission, and should not be copied or reused without asking.
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability in relation to a booking is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Tell us as soon as possible, ideally while you are still with us, so we have a chance to put it right.

If these terms change we will update the date at the top of this page. The terms that apply to your booking are the ones published when you booked. These terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland, and disputes fall to the courts of Northern Ireland.
